The Ladder of Virtues

Faith, goodness, knowledge, self-control, perseverance, godliness, brotherly-kindness and love; that is the ladder of virtues.

Faith, conviction that what Jesus says is true. We can commit ourselves to His promises. we can launch ourselves on His demands. Unquestioning certainty that the way to happiness, strength and peace on earth and in heaven is to accept Him at His word.
